1. Definitions and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the mcw baji platform and all users of its services. In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the mcw baji website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "User" refers to any person who has created an account on the Platform or is using its services.
From the moment you begin using the mcw baji platform, you are considered to have read and fully agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the Platform.
These Terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the interpretation by mcw baji authority shall be final.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on mcw baji, users must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registration using false, incomplete, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited. mcw baji reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each person may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all such accounts will be permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household operate separate accounts from the same device or network, they must contact us in advance to confirm this.
2.3 Identity Verification
For identity verification, mcw baji may request a National ID card, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete. If you encounter any difficulty during the verification process, contact customer support directly.
3. Age Limit and Eligibility
Users must be at least 21 years of age to use the mcw baji platform. This is strictly enforced and proof of age may be requested during verification. If anyone under the age of 21 opens or operates an account, that account will be closed immediately.
Important: Allowing minors to gamble is a punishable offence. mcw baji follows a zero-tolerance policy on this matter. Applicable for ages 21+.
Permanent residents of Bangladesh who have an active internet connection and access to a valid payment method are eligible to use mcw baji. Any person who is ineligible to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in their area must take personal responsibility and refrain from using the Platform.
4. Account Security
Your account username and password are entirely personal and confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and notify customer support.
If another person conducts activity using a user's login details, full responsibility for that activity lies with the account holder. mcw baji is only responsible for transactions carried out by the account owner.
4.1 Sessions and Devices
Logging in from multiple devices at the same time is discouraged. Avoid logging in on public devices or shared networks. mcw baji may automatically terminate a session if suspicious activity is detected.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Policy
The minimum deposit amount on mcw baji is ৳300. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). If the credit does not appear in your account after a deposit is completed, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
5.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification. Withdrawals will only be sent to an account in the same name used for the deposit. Payments to third-party accounts are not made.
If an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, withdrawal requests may be delayed. Withdrawals can only be completed after all bonus conditions have been met.
If customer identity verification (KYC) has not been completed, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold. To ensure safe and prompt withdrawals, make sure you provide accurate information at the time of account registration.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; the wagering requirement for withdrawal is ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus wagering will only count on eligible games — slots, casino, or sports bets as specified under the respective bonus.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion explicitly permits it.
- Direct withdrawal from bonus balance is not possible; bonus winnings will only be transferred to the real balance after the wagering requirement is met.
- mcw baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion — changes will be communicated by updating the page.
- If any fraudulent activity aimed at claiming bonus benefits is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
6.3 Other Promotions
Weekly reload rewards, slot festival bonuses, cricket deposit bonuses, and other promotions each have their own wagering conditions. It is important to read the relevant rules before claiming each promotion. Birthday gifts and refer-a-friend rewards may require additional verification.
7. Betting Rules
7.1 Rules for Placing Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is not completed due to a technical error or network issue, mcw baji will review the situation and make a decision. The stake may be returned for incomplete bets.
7.2 Casino Games
The RTP (Return to Player) for live casino, slots, and table games is set at each game's own rate. Game outcomes are entirely controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be influenced in any way. The rules of game software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Evolution) also apply.
7.3 Sports Betting
The results of betting on cricket, football, and all other sports events are determined based on official scorecards and recognised sources. If a match is cancelled, incomplete, or suspended, the bet may be voided depending on the situation and the stake will be returned.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on mcw baji:
- Claiming bonus or promotion benefits through fraudulent means ("bonus abuse").
- Operating games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Accessing or attempting to access another person's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Any activity related to match fixing or corruption in sport.
- Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts within the same household.
- Misconduct or threats directed at customer service staff.
If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited. Relevant authorities may be notified if required.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Suspension by mcw baji
mcw baji may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of rules, provision of false information, suspicious transactions, or technical security risks.
9.2 Closure by the User
A user may request the closure of their own account at any time through customer support. Before closing the account, it is advisable to settle all ongoing bets and withdraw the balance after meeting the minimum withdrawal conditions.
9.3 Voluntary Break (Self-Exclusion)
Any user may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for a specified period. This is part of the Responsible Gaming policy and can be activated by requesting it through customer support.
10. Personal Data Protection
mcw baji is committed to protecting users' personal data. The platform uses SSL encryption and modern security technology. User data is not sold or transferred to any third party, though it may need to be provided to authorities in cases of legal obligation.
